A new mixed-use building is being planned in East Berlin close to the Spree River. The inner organisation of the building offers high flexibility. Possible functions are hotel, co living, micro-apartments and office. WIth timber-concrete composite floors, clay walls and poroton facade bricks, the building has an emphasis on sustainable materials.
