Renovation of a one-family home in Düsseldorf, Germany. Walls and rooms are removed on the first floor to create an open area for cooking, eating and living. A big square window with seating and floor-to-ceiling windows are added to the space to create a connection between outside and inside. The project is developed in two phases. In the second phase the second floor of the building is tranformed into a sleeping zone with a spacious bathromm for the entire family.
